Create date picker component.

📄Description

d = uidatepicker creates a date picker whose Value is a datetime scalar (NaT when empty). Properties: DisplayFormat (LDML), Limits, DisabledDates, DisabledDaysOfWeek, Editable, ValueChangedFcn.
