Filter a discovered test suite.

suite	TestSuite returned by nelson.unittest.discover.
Name, Value	selection options: Name, Module, File, Kind, Tags, ExcludeTags, Match, and Exclude.

selected	filtered TestSuite preserving filtered-count metadata.
